P.S.C. always the boss

When I first took my aptitude tests for a summer job my results went to the Public Service Commission. They assigned me to my first department and all jobs for summer jobs.I was assigned to a management course before I went to the Department of Communications by the P.S.C. Only after I had been there for a year did my director-general tell me that I was on C.A.P(although no papers were delivered). However I had been on C.A.P. ever since I joined the civil service. They knew I had a special situation and so I was really working for the P.S.C.When I got to a certain level they told me to upgrade my French. They were aware that the departments didn't like my special situation. This is the probable reason for Eric Boyd trying to fire me and then sending me to Dept. of Transport at a clerk's level. They probably picked the lady from Industry Canada to warn me about Eric Boyd ruining my personal references. So when I went to Agriculture at a chief level with a $6000 bump they had to have picked someone to watch the program so there would not be another Eric Boyd appear. The problem is that likely the person that was supposed to watch me was the deputy minister's secretary. She was getting letters from the P.S.C. and instead of giving me the letters she merely told me.This made things less official and easier to overturn;this is the oral contract. When I got fired later mistakingly for doing another guys' report it was the deputy' secretary that was supposed to correct the situation but she refused so she could get "kudos" from the deputy minister. The very guy she was supposed to protect me from.Contact blogdaleupsome for business consulting
