I need a good lawyer in Ottawa

I lived in Ottawa for about fifteen years. In that time I accumulated about twenty houses ;I sold fourteen houses and was left with six houses. All of these were located in New Edinburgh the classiest part of Ottawa where the Prime Minister's residence is located. All of these houses were either duplexes or triplexes so in total I was left with about twelve to fifteen units.
I tried to sell a triplex with my usual real estate agent but she implored me to sell at the price she could get, not the appraised value.I needed the cash and so sold it at the price of the best offer she could get.In addition, I had to give back a second offer of $25,000 in order to sell it.A few months after the sale the buyer stopped making payments on the second mortgage.I tried to get either of the two lawyers in order to revoke the sale but could not get to speak to either lawyer. Now in effect I had sold a house appraised for $385,000 to $400,000 for $200,000(excluding the $25,000 second mortgage). This triplex, I had severed legally into two houses-a duplex and a single two-story house. This was only the start of my house problems .I sold my own house,a 2200 square foot house, in New Edinburgh which was appraised at about $200,000 for $69,000 although it is supposed to be at "fair market"  value. This house was the one that bankrupted me as I ended up owing about $70,000 to the Royal Bank.I had another house that was a duplex that I had about $50,000 in equity.I could not even sell this house on one of the best streets in New Edinburgh.I walked away from it and lost $50,00 in equity.I have to hope that a lawyer in Ottawa reads my blogs.I could only                      solve these large losses on three houses by declaring bankruptcy which cost me another $2500.
