New Edinburgh is a good place to work

New Edinburgh was a good place to live.It was close to a stylish down town and parks and it was pretty. But it was close to most work places. You could go down Sussex to downtown Ottawa only five minutes away. You could cross the King Edward bridge or the Chaudière bridge and get to Hull or Gatineau in ten minutes.I worked in Hull for five years and crossed by the Chaudière bridge.Parking was better in Hull of course.I worked at C.RT.C (the radio and television commission).I was somewhat surprised to see in New Edinburgh people that I worked with.I saw David Mc Hendry the communications guy for Consumerwatch.I saw Ken Katz who was senior counsel for C.R.T.C and the present chairman of C.R.T.C  and next door to one of my houses on Ivy Crescent was Bob Rabinovitz who worked with me in the Department of Communications. But everybody knew Bob from another job he held.
