becky and gary did it

I was staying in Kitchener for quite awhile and then I moved to London and stayed primarily at the London Salvation Army hostel on Horton Street.I got my P.N.A.(personal needs allowance) and I got my C.P.P disability cheque.I was getting about $820 a month.I could not last a month on it so I had to stay the remainder of the month at the hostel. One month I took off and checked into a local motel for a week.I used my interac card so I didn't know what my balance was;I simply knew the charge cleared on my card.So I went to the local Canada Trust and got my balance and there was about $300 left. I said that is impossible as I just got my cheque. They showed me all entries and my C.P.P. amount was $603(not $820).There was a reduction of $217 and the bank found out the entry was from Revenue Canada,my old friend.

I went over to the local office and spoke to an agent Dave Slessor.Dave told me that somebody had garnishied my cheque. He asked me if I owed anybody and I said no.He told me that it must be a mistake and he would check into it.My information system told me that this was a symbolic number($217) and Becky ,my old girlfriend, did it because I left her and Cambridge.I had to pay.She seemed not that interested in me so I didn't think she would mind me going to London. Apparently she did.She wanted me back in Cambridge and she talked to a M.P. and then to Revenue Canada. I felt if this was true I would get my money back.I went back to see Dave Slessor and he told me that he could do nothing because the province of Manitoba put the garnishi on because I owed them.I told them that I had never been to Manitoba and did not do any business with them.Besides you are not supposed to be able to garnishi a government cheque and certainly not for 33%.My garnishi lasted for six months and then fell to $100 for six months.
Becky wanted me back in Cambridge and Gary wanted me to leave Churchill alone.
