The Churchill railway

It is time to start thinking about working on the port at Churchill again.I will ask Robert Half to pick a three man team to do surveillance on the track going all the way from Winnipeg to Churchill.I need aerial photography and checking the track on the ground.I need every mile checked.This is a two month contract and merits two million dollars.I need a one page report that outlines any weaknesses left so we can look at it next time.All lodging is paid outside of this two million dollar contract.
I know airfare in the north is expensive and so we may not finish but we will do most of it and put the rest in the report.
