A CROCODILE GOOD YEAR

Crocodile Gold just announced that it's third gold mine will be commercially viable in 2013.They are expecting 75,000 to 90,000 ounces for a full year's production. This with steady but slightly increased production from their Stawell mine(because of a higher grade of ore) and 85,000 to 95,000 ounces from their Fosterville mine should give them between 200,000 ounces and 260,000 ounces.A median level of production would be 230,000 ounces of gold.Csah costs of production  have fallen from $1670 per ounce to $1100 an ounce.Alowing $10 million for unexpected costs. This makes cash generated from operations going from $75 million to about $150 million. This is not the same as EBITDA.There are a few operational costs that I am not aware of but this is an estimate(on the high side). This means that EBITDA per share in 2012 is about 26 cents per share and becomes about 47 cents per share in 2013.That at least is my forecast.
