A blog I have on Facebook is called Blogdaleup.me.com;it has largely looked at real estate in the Wasaga Beach and Collingwood area.This area(in particular Wasaga Beach) is a seasonal area.The population is much larger in the summer than in the winter.Consequently a lot of the businesses have a much larger demand and sales for four to five months of the year than for the remaining five or six months. However there is a growing all year population in both towns.This can lead to a number of business opportunities.There are a number of almost profitable businesses in both towns(based on five to six good months).An investment now may catch some of the new business that is starting to trickle in.This is true more of Wasaga Beach than Collingwood but Collingwood is picking up some of the excess demand coming in to ski at the Blue Mountain area.Vacant places are available in both towns at a still reasonable price.
