harrassment as a science

Previous blogs have talked about government social programming. This is trying to create Keynesian extra demand. It is believed that this newly created demand will spur economic growth and hence new jobs. But the form that the government takes in creating this additional demand is social programming. It gives money to people not working(or credits) to buy or gain housing, food, entertainment and other consumer desirables. However these goods are not given away without strings attached.First of all these consumer desirables are only given to friendlies(those that support their policies and way of doing things). But the friendlies must do favours for their taskmasters;they must attack or harass the unfriendlies(those that disagree with their policies). They must insult them; make sure they get no friends;ensure that their consumer goods cost more (bribe cashiers) and publicly criticize these unfriendlies .All this to get their next cheque or credits from their taskmasters. In fact, their taskmasters can do no wrong. This smacks of a dictatorship but it is a benevolent dictatorship,at least to the friendlies it is.
