A barber's assistant

I bought a house in Cambridge(Hespeler) a few years ago.I was renovating it  and got a new tennant called Rick.He was about 18-20 years old and very helpful.I told him all the details  of me buying the house and fixing it.Ashort time after he became a tennant I had trouble paying my mortgage.Next a man pretending to be a property manager told me that I had to give him the keys. After several weeks I went into see the bank manager and he told me to give him the keys and he would ensure that I got them back. All this happened when Rick was there and I have no idea whether he paid the mortgage or not.He may have tried to take over the possession and the mortgage. However even at that time I had done so much work that the building should have been valued at $300,00 to $500,000.I fixed the house and Rick, got the benefits. As Rick who now  says that he owns the building  did not pay a cent but put his name on title at the Land Registry Office.A very short time to gain $400,000 or more.
