How does Tucows Continue to make Profit?

Tucows had another quarterly report on February 11.As if by magic Tucows showed only slightly decreased revenues from Q4 2020.While adjusted EBITDA moved ahead slightly from the same quarter in 2020.This blog sees it as magic because they have divested most of it's business in 2020 and have made no investments into getting new assets or equipment. The investment made is to continue selling domaine names which is not seen as a very profitable business. So where does the revenues come from and where does the profit come from?Apparently this is the magic made by it's chairman Elliott Noss and 5 to 7 overpaid board members. Most are getting more than $500,000 a year.
      Ontario Securities Commission

This blog has not passed any information to the O.S.C. but it is clear that the money shown in the quarterly and annual reports is not correct. They show profit and income from the sale of their operation called Ting when it fact it was sold to the Dish network almost 18 months ago. They solf off almost all their domaine names in bulk last quarter and now they have almost the same income reported this quarter. It is beginning to appear like someone is just giving them funds or maybe even parking foreign funds. And there is no reporting of any activities that the new staff does. Are they just putting money in the banks? And lastly why is there no new investments in technology nor new technology companies?
      A New Path
It is likely that Tucows share price may fall before it is able to rebound.Shareholders must organize a movement in order to reduce the board of director's salaries and fringe benefits. Also senior staff appears to be doing nothing for several quarters and is paid hansomely to do so.Lastly Tucows needs to make new partnerships in order to rejuvenate revenue streams. And then invest in these new partnerships. As Tucows has little debt and an insubstantial amount of outstanding shares.Once shareholders see this new path they will bid the share price up.But not until then.                       https://www.zacks.com
