Madcatz has a makeover
This "note" will look at Madcatz Interactive.I will ask National Bank Financial to handle this transaction.First I need to have 75,000 shares of Madcatz for Mediagrif.Next I need 500,000 shares of Cinram for Madcatz .However since Cinram's shares are valued so low National Bank will make sure that Cinram gets $250,000.Here we are attempting to put a new value on Cinram shares.Next I want 100,000 shares of Neulion and D-Box Technology for Cinram.This is the first part of the transaction.
Now I ask Robert Half to send or to pick his one or two consultants to look over this transaction and to try to get Cinram back working and making D.V.D.'s again.They will also need to look at making over Madcatz Interactive.This company will now or soon have new functions to manage.This project will take a month and have a five page report to be sent to Madcatz and Mediagrif management.
The project will also look at internet t.v. for Cinram and improving it for Neulion.Also look at gaming(like as in D-Box Technology) for Cinram and improving it for D-Box Technology.The question here is do we expand Cinram's functions or Neulion's and D-Box Technology?
